Unit 1 at 1905 SE Morrison features a large 1 bedroom unit in this multi-unit period building. Loaded with original charm, this unit has a large kitchen with a gas range, fridge, ample storage, and countertop space. Unit 1 has numerous large bay windows making this a light and bright space! This unit comes with a private entrance, porch, and private bathroom. A cleaning service routinely cleans the building's common areas. All tenants have shared use of a fenced yard area. Landlord provides all utilities: electricity, heat, water, sewer, garbage, wi-fi, and on-site laundry machines! 6-month lease with month-to-month options available after. No smoking. Sorry, no pets. This unit is not an Accessible Dwelling Unit. $1,845.00 per month, $1,845.00 refundable security deposit. To reserve the property, a tenant will be required to pay the household security deposit. The first month will be prorated. Proof of renter’s insurance is required before move-in.
