I absolutely love this historic building that is an icon and beacon for Kansas City. The team at Power and Light go above and beyond. The amenities are outstanding. They just added this amazing convenient fresh market that is a game changer. While a 100 year old building can have its challenges, especially in ridiculously cold weather, the team handled it with grace and professionalism. If you have any doubts of if this is the most amazing place to live downtown, just go and ask to be brought up to the Beacon Lounge on the 31st floor. The views are breathtaking and the gathering space up there makes me so proud to be a part of this amazing building.

I’ve been a resident for over 5 years and have absolutely loved living here! The size of the apartments are amazing because I have large furniture and my 2 dogs have so many play mates and plenty of room to run around my apartment. The staff is amazing and the resident events are great! Whenever there is a maintenance issue the staff is great especially Mellisa, she is so quick to respond!
