Lived here for almost a year and have had such a great experience! My apartment is super nice and spacious. The building location is in a prime spot, super walkable and close to everything. Dominic was great about letting me stop by a few times to check out (and check out again) the apartments I was looking into. Him and Kaitlin made the move-in process so easy for me; given that I was half-way around the world when I ended signing my lease! Everyone in the office including maintenance is super friendly and quick to respond/act. Definitely a great building and community!

I've been living in this one-bedroom apartment for the past seven months, and it has been a fantastic experience! The building is always well-kept, maintained properly, and regularly cleaned. One of the highlights for me is how dog-friendly the place is! There's a lovely grassy area just across the street, which is perfect for walks and playtime with my furry friends! The office staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any concerns or questions. Their warm and welcoming attitude makes living here even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially dog owners looking for a clean, well-maintained, and friendly place to call home.
