Recently moved to the Galleries at Park Lane in November, and the building, amenities, and staff have been nothing but amazing! Casey kindly welcomed us and gave us a tour along with some tips about the greater DFW area! The events Stephen, Casey & Hope host each month have also made our stay great thus far and create a wonderful sense of community! Very happy with our move and the Galleries at Park Lane have exceeded our expectations by all accounts!

February: Leonor Yepez, Building Manager, is always available to discuss my concerns. I asked her why my electric energy bills were so high when I only use the heat about six hours per day. Leonor offered to review my invoices. She said that her Service Manager would inspect the unit’s heating system. Federico, P., Service Manager, was prompt and thorough. He inspected the heating system, tested the wall thermostat, checked the freon level, replaced and dated the filter, checked the windows and doors, and informed me about sources of energy use of which I had not been aware. He found that the system was functioning as intended. When Leonor finished analyzing my invoices, she suggested searching the Texas market for a less expensive rate per kWh. I found a service that automatically searches the market for an energy provider based on my criteria. I joined for a modest fee and authorized Energy Ogre to handle the process through their automated systems except for the things I am required to do. My new energy provider will start service next week. The prior provider will be automatically canceled and the termination fee will show on the final invoice. I am grateful to Leonor Yepez, Building Manager, and Federico P., Service Manager, for fast and effective help to solve my problem. ----------- September: Ashley Ulmer, Leasing Consultant, saved the day with extensive support. Ashley solved my problem with Parcel Pending, fixed my gate card, located three missing packages including a prescription, and copied material and printed files for a license application. My printer is out of order. I did not have time to drive to a print shop. Ashley graciously worked me into her schedule in the Leasing Office. Without Ashley's support, the application would be late. Thank you, Ashley, for excellent administrative services and for your enthusiasm in helping me. I love living at Galleries. My apartment is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the staff is great like Ashley Ulmer. ‐--------- June: Solange Villegas, Leasing Consulant, provided my tour of Galleries at Park Lane in Dallas, Texas. Galaries is a beautiful apartment building located in The Shops at Park Lane with stores and services that meet all my needs within a short walking distance. The model apartment that Solange showed me is spacious with high ceilings, a patio, washer and drier, and many details in design that make for great living. The studio model has an area with sliding doors that can be used as a bedroom. The covered parking on an upper floor in the concrete garage is open to the air and has easy access to elevators. Amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub; a generously equipped exercise room; and a business center with a conference table for meetings. Galleries at Park Lane, from my perspective, is exquisitely maintained. My appreciation to Solange Villegas for a fantastic tour.

Living at Galleries at Park Lane has been an absolute pleasure, and after four years here, I can confidently say I want to continue calling this place home. What truly sets Galleries at Park Lane apart is the outstanding service from the staff. The leasing team is always friendly and helpful, and Solange, in particular, goes above and beyond. Whether it’s assisting with printing when the printer is out of paper or ink—which happens often—she always finds a way to help, making up for the frustration of not having a fully functioning printer, an amenity that’s essential. The maintenance team is just as exceptional—Freddie and Carlos are a fantastic duo. They handle service requests promptly and efficiently, and I never have to worry about issues going unresolved. Their work is always top-notch. Management often hosts events, especially around the holidays, with catered food that is always good quality. During the summer, there are barbecue days, poolside events, smoothie days, and other fun gatherings that make it easy to meet and connect with neighbors. These events add a great social aspect to the community, making it feel lively. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, featuring high-quality finishes and modern appliances that make everyday living enjoyable. The attention to detail, paired with the stylish and sophisticated aesthetic, gives the community an upscale yet comfortable vibe. Cleanliness is another major highlight—everything from the hallways to shared spaces is well-maintained. As someone with severe allergies, I truly appreciate the wood flooring, the excellent air quality, and BH Management’s efforts to enforce the no-smoking policy. The location is another huge perk—perfectly situated with easy access to downtown, the suburbs, and endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Safety is also a priority here, with security actively patrolling the area, along with the building’s dedicated security team monitoring the complex in the evenings, providing extra peace of mind. If you're looking for a place that offers top-notch service, beautifully designed apartments, and a prime location, I highly recommend Galleries at Park Lane. Even after four years, I’m still so happy I chose to live here!
