We have lived at Parkside Place for the past three years and have had an excellent experience! Key qualities that we have always been satisfied with include: - The management and staff (David, Penny, and others) are so caring and responsive to our legitimate requests. - The neighborhood and amenities are accessible. - The maintenance team is VERY PROMPT in their responses!!! - The community is so family-friendly, and our baby boy is always greeted with warmth by both the staff and residents. - The concierge staff (Peter, Haile, Joe) are outstanding, providing attentive, respectful, and excellent service. I would suggest that rent increases be made a bit more predictable. Overall, I had a wonderful time living here. Thank you!
