The things you look for in a place to live are comfort, responsive management and safety. Zahlco has provided this and more. First, it is a comfortable place to live. There are numerous amenities and a well-maintained gym. The management is extremely responsive. Anytime there is an issue with appliances there is someone available to fix it within the next day. Finally, the community is safe. I trust my neighbors and we have a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend the Zahlco management to all my friends and family.

Adorable and affordable! Really great 1 bedroom that was recently renovated. The quality of materials and construction was better than the supposed luxury apartment I was previously in. Windows everywhere and Nest thermostat. Shared wifi included so if you need secure wifi you're better off getting your own but a super nice convenience. Everything is keypad secured so no keys to lose. Keon and the staff are so amazing I thought it was a scam! They were super nice about that too and the owner was super responsive and made me feel not as stupid as I was. I'm super happy to move in and such a good vibe here. Also Lexington Market right across the street 3min walk to UM Baltimore and 20 min walk to Johns Hopkins. Street parking is metered but seems always available and not patrolled.

Great place to live! Management and maintenance are super nice and will try to get any problems you may be experiencing fixed. Efficient washer-dryers, trash chutes, stainless steel appliances and monthly resident appreciation events were my fave. Parking can be pricey but at least one spot is included in the rent! Surprisingly the neighborhood isn't sketchy. It's in between the hospital and ear the court station so it's a well-lit area. Sundays there's the flea market next door you can walk to.

The staff are wonderful! The amazing Allegra, has a can do attitude which takes the stress out of moving. She had wonderful solutions for every stressful moving issue of mine. She greeted me with an authentic warm welcome and outshines the concierges at legendary hotels. The maintenance, valet, and housekeeping staff are also outstanding, polite, and professional. I moved in, sight unseen, from a thousand miles away, and everything has been exactly as promised. The building was built in 1911 and has gorgeous historic architectural details, such as exposed beams, 14 foot ceilings, little arched brick entryway to each apartment, brick accent wall and so much much more! The top notch security gives me tremendous peace of mind. Highest recommendation!
