All apartment homes additionally offer enhanced safety features in our bathrooms, smoke alarms and fire sprinklers, and 24-hour monitored pull cord stations in every bedroom and bathroom. The Coldspring Community Association offers security, a community pool, and tennis courts at no cost to our senior residents. Move in and enjoy 2 secured parking garages, a theater room, billiards, lending library, patios, landscaped courtyard, fitness center, laundry room, computer lab, beauty and barber services, and community room for resident activities. Park View at Coldspring offers monthly free bus trips for our residents. We are a pet-friendly community.
