I have been living in these apartments complexes for about two years,and I can honestly say they are amazing ,if I have any issue in my apartment they get it fix asap the employees are amazing. Especially the girls in the office Katherine and Maria are amazing they are so sweet even tho I stayed bothering them with any little issue but each time they get it done and never give me a bad attitude. Please give them a raise❤️

I am over 13 years living in this community I am certified the way how these people operating maintenance and all that kind of stuff I would like to say that it will be nice if they put a synthetic grass and a part where kids are playing soccer that's all but other than that I guess everything is okay

I am a current resident at the Pointe at Norcross and have been living here since the apartment complex was known as “Sinclair”. My first year at then “Sinclair” was not very pleasant – not because of the administration but because of how unsafe I felt. I was followed to my apartment on numerous occasions and even witnessed some things that I rather not say. My husband and I were contemplating on moving apartments – when we found out that the apartment complex was being sold to a new company – TI communities. Soon after the apartment complex was sold, the new team cleaned out the community completely – I mean, new sidings and reduced the garbage/littler around the property. Not only that, something else I value tremendously – safety was also in works with the new security gates along with the security 24/7 surveillance of the ENTIRE property. I not only felt safe, but I also felt at ease when I walked my dog in the evenings. Not to mention, that there is less random traffic due to the security gates at both entrances of the property. I have now been working with the Pointe at Norcross as their Resident Enrichment Ambassador. I get to organize events and communicate with the very people that make this community better. Past monthly community events such as Mother’s and Father’s day celebrations, SlimeTime, Crazy Cups (arts and crafts) and the infamous monthly movie nights have all proved to be successful because of our community. I also get to host monthly seminars on topics pertinent to our community such as immigration, budgeting, nutrition, safety and security among many others. I love working for the Pointe at Norcross as their Resident Enrichment Ambassador because I experience the things lacking in the community first hand, and then I get to organize events and implement changes throughout the community by influencing one resident at a time. Some future events planned for our community are Back to School Party – where we hand out school supplies and refreshments to our school going residents and monthly movie nights! I love the Pointe at Norcross for not only providing me with a safe and secure apartment but also for giving me the opportunity to better serve the community that I now call home.
