Chris has been amazing. He’s been to my girlfriend’s apartment a few times, and has been kind and professional every time. When no one was home, and the dog was loose, we asked if he could come back the next business day when someone would be there, and he followed through. Chris is easily one of the top 3 maintenance men I’ve had the pleasure of encountering in my decade-plus as a Georgia resident. I know the apartment will be within code enforcement regulations.

I'm new to the complex (3 days in). Today Maintenance was in the building conducting inspections. The team member, Chris, knocked on my door. He was polite; friendly and on task. He even allowed me some time to empty my dryer. After he left my apartment I had a question about the grounds. He stopped what he was doing to come back to me to answer my question. His response was thorough yet concise and he exuded the same professional and friendly attitude he had when he knocked on my door initially (even though he had more apartments to go to and a deadline to keep). I appreciate that. If the rest of the Maintenance Team is like him; I think I made a great choice moving my family here.
