I have been here for almost 6 months and Fairways has been really good to me!!! Mya, Nicole, Roselyn, Jennifer and Leo are honestly the best team that i have leased with in all my renting life. if i have an issue the ladies are always quick to listen and solve it in a timely manner. they are all friendly and i am able to laugh and relate to them as a regular person, Im not viewed as just another customer. The complex is quite and pretty tidy, its small so there is not a lot of traffic, it gives it a private vibe, and i do enjoy my view of the golf course. the community its pretty diverse and friendly also!

We moved in a couple of weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier! Our apartment is spacious and well-designed (so much storage space!!!), and the location can’t be beat. I also have to give a shout out to Rosalyn in the front office and Leo in maintenance. They are always quick to respond and handle problems that arise with kindness and efficiency. So glad we made the decision to live here!
