Great location, right off of Lincoln Drive. Not far from city and the proximity to the train station is incredible. Emlen St. is a nice, quiet street. Parking can be difficult to find but it is never *too* far to park. Nearby neighborhood is stately and beautiful. Very walkable. Apartment itself was beautifully restored with much of the original craftsmanship intact. Floors can be loud but that is my only small gripe with the refurbishment. I adore the high (10ft) ceilings. Neighbors are friendly, but mostly keep to themselves. Amenities included are also a very nice touch. I spent a year here and would recommend living here to anybody who thinks they would enjoy this kind of apartment living.

Amber Murphy (the property manager) is making Pelham Court a pleasant place to live again! Maintenance issues are responded to quickly, new washers & dryers have been installed, and safety issues have been resolved. Amber takes the time to sit down with you and chat if you ever have any questions or concerns. I’m so grateful she’s managing this property!
