Great location, right off of Lincoln Drive. Not far from city and the proximity to the train station is incredible. Emlen St. is a nice, quiet street. Parking can be difficult to find but it is never *too* far to park. Nearby neighborhood is stately and beautiful. Very walkable. Apartment itself was beautifully restored with much of the original craftsmanship intact. Floors can be loud but that is my only small gripe with the refurbishment. I adore the high (10ft) ceilings. Neighbors are friendly, but mostly keep to themselves. Amenities included are also a very nice touch. I spent a year here and would recommend living here to anybody who thinks they would enjoy this kind of apartment living.

Amber Murphy (the property manager) is making Pelham Court a pleasant place to live again! Maintenance issues are responded to quickly, new washers & dryers have been installed, and safety issues have been resolved. Amber takes the time to sit down with you and chat if you ever have any questions or concerns. I’m so grateful she’s managing this property!

Amber and Gus are AWESOME…..The BEST…..If she’s rocking …..he’s rolling…..We could not have gotten a better team than these two……I can not say that there has not been one time …..that ANY question's or concerns that I’ve had…..have not been addressed IMMEDIATELY ‼️…..I can’t say enough how happy I am that Amber and Gus are here……They definitely get the job done…..Amber is so compassionate ……considerate…..and committed to her job and the residents as well…..This is OUR home…..She goes above and beyond for her residents …..I can not THANK her enough for being her GENUINE self….And listening to me …..she makes me feel like what I have to say matters…..Gus as well he’s on top of his game…..There’s not one time that I’ve put in a maintenance request that it was not taken care of in a timely matter…..His work is impeccable……He listens and makes sure I am ALWAYS happy/satisfied with the end result……I ALWAYS joke with him …..that I’m gonna give him a kiss 💋 ……He’s just that AWESOME ‼️Some people may not agree with me …..and THEY are entitled to THEIR OWN opinions……But this is mine……I have NOTHING but GREAT things to say about the both of them…..Before they took over the building…..I was a little afraid …..wrong staff in the office…..I feel safe and at peace again‼️‼️‼️‼️……I would like to add to my first review……We welcomed Corey to our community a few months ago……She is AMAZING ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️……I have nothing but GREAT things to say about her……I must admit I didn’t think Corey would last…..We have seen people come and go…..I was absolutely worried when Amber left us but she has been an incredible addition to our community……I recently had a fire inside my kitchen……she got things taken care of in a timely matter……ANY issues I may have are taken care of promptly by her and Gustavo…..EVERYTHING Corey says she’s gonna do……She does……She was there EVERY step of the way during and after the renovation…….Gustavo has checked in as well……They both wanted to make sure I was happy and a part of the process……THEY ARE an AWESOME team as well…..She’s VERY kind and considerate……A GOOD LISTENER……Gustavo is VERY knowledgeable and listens……Results don’t happen over night …..they happen with time….
