Enjoyed living here. Never really had any issues. Felt safe living in a townhome. Highly recommend DG townhome for 1 bedroom. You get a garage for 2 cars plus can park an additional car in front of the garage. Some crime, but can literally happen anywhere. Keep your cars safe in a garage if possible. Pool is beautiful. Area is very calm. Never had problems with neighbors. Townhome is spacious. During hurricane Beryl Camden brought food trucks to feed us when we had no power. Thought that was very generous. Thank you Camden for the great memories and for our baby's first home.

I would like to give a shout-out to Luci for making my transfer to a new apartment a smooth and easy process. She was very attentive, professional and communicated with me all the way through. I've lived here for about 3 years now, and I have no complaints. Maintenance is always on point whenever you need them. As far as crime,well, things happen everywhere and it's just hard to avoid that. But overall, it has been a good experience for me. Thank you again Luci.

I have lived here for 2 years going on my third year . I have no complaints. I have a one bedroom with a detached garage. I am able to park my car outside and inside with no problems. I personally haven’t experienced any crime or any type of police problem . It’s been 10/10 service for me .
The front office is very personal and very professional. My 3rd year lease I wanted to transfer to a townhome which are absolutely beautiful. The transfer was smooth and easy. They worked with me on a great deal and made the process so worth it. I even got an extra parking spot for guest being the garage is so huge ! Thank you again to Luci, Stephanie and Kat for your professionalism and patience with me ! You are appreciated
The Maintance is on point with any and everything I need .
My experience here has been wonderful. I love the homey feel it brings to Houston . Not to far from night life but not so close to the crazy traffic .

Rosalyn greeted me and her smile was contagious 😍 She was such a joy and a blessing to work with. Her work ethic is top-notch, she truly cares about people and her aura is beautiful! I came on a Saturday- she gave me a tour and guided me through the process and I followed up on Monday with Kat. Kat another angel who works there, helped me finalize the process and had me in the apartment within 4 hours. She did a reclean (the unit was already clean) which was so sweet and left a home goodie bag with a personalized card! It's the little things for me that go a long way. Everything was smooth and all the ladies are kind. Excited for my next year here!❤️💃🙏
