The full-sized kitchens have ample cabinet space, new appliances and quartz counter tops and crystal backsplash. Each of the 12 units have their own water heater, central heat and air, and wood floors throughout the unit. The building is located just off Sepulveda Boulevard, convenient to all highways in Sherman Oaks. A beautiful place to call home. Pet-friendly with a pet rent of $25/month per pet. Photos may not be exact unit.(We do pet screenings) At Real Property Management - West San Fernando Valley, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient.
