I have always been impressed by the professionalism and care of the entire office staff, especially during challenging situations like the power and water outages. Really LOVE living here!! I moved in July. The staff is so amazing!! Kayla (proud that I finally remembered her name) is super sweet!! Same with Rosa!! She conducted my tour when I was desperate to find a new home during a last minute semi-crisis. Gillian has been very patient and understanding with me and I am very grateful! Eduardo and the maintenance team are so quick with repairs and unit requests! I feel so comfortable, safe and happy living here! I love love love my room layout!! Love the soft loft, sliding doors, huge garden tub and most especially having my FULL size w/d, walk-in closet and bathroom all in the same room!!! Honestly it should be a standard in all apt units. Who wants to drag their dirty laundry next to their food? Glad Lincoln got it right with The Mark.

I have lived at The Mark for 3 years now and let me tell you my first year was terrible with the old management company. Once Magnolia took over there has been a 360 change. Magnolia truly cares about their properties and their staff because it shows in the team we have here at The Mark. When I tell you Aymieka and Alexcia are THE DREAM TEAM! They have whipped this place into shape! The doors have been repainted, the lounge has been redone, and the pool is always clean! There is even popcorn popped fresh every Friday, games, and a coffee bar in the main area. They truly care about the complex and the tenants who live here. Whenever I have ever needed anything, both ladies have gone above and beyond to ensure it's taken care of! During the storms, I was out of town but the communication we received was out of this world (it's also like that daily for anything happening in the complex which I appreciate!) Then after the storm, they had a catered lunch event for the residents! The maintenance team fixes things promptly and I like how every three months the complex makes sure filters are changed smoke detectors are checked and the batteries are changed in the locks. When the gates or elevators are broken, they are always fixed immediately, making me feel safe. On top of that, there is a courtesy officer who is on staff and keeps things in line. He is also responsive to any issues on the number they give us and I feel extremely safe living here. For the most part, the property stays pretty clean. It's some lil nasties who live here that don't care, throw trash anywhere, don't pick up after their dogs, and don't pay attention to the valet trash schedule the leasing office has posted in the elevators and sent countless texts and emails about, but there's always a few anywhere you go. Even still the ladies in the office and the maintenance team go out and pick up trash up themselves! They keep the trash chutes fairly clean and have them power-washed frequently. The only cons I would say are the li'l nasties that live here and don't clean up after themselves. The valet trash company is good, but they're lazy. If there's a piece of trash that flies out or has been sitting in the hallway instead of picking it up, they'll just leave it. The gym is pretty nice but could use a little refresh. I wish they had more puppy poo stations around the complex and maybe that would encourage the lil nasties to pick up after their fur babies. I also wish they had more trash cans in the garage for everyday little trash because the lil nasties will just leave it in a parking spot, in the middle of the garage, in the stairwell, or on the elevators. I also wish they had a dedicated cleaning team to come in at least once a month to clean out the stairwells and mop because the lil nasties will leave puppy poo bags in the stairwell. All in all, I love it here and will stay as long as I can!
