I would recommend Lucera to all my apartment seeking friends. The staff is so helpful. Very responsive and patient. So many improvements since I checked them in the past. I’m not sure who could possibly have a problem with the staff. Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed when I toured. There will always be people who are unhappy. You can’t please everyone!

Stopped into view the apartments this evening and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They didn’t rush even though I came in before my appointment and they were about to close. I only got to view the model but everything was clean and clearly explained to me if I choose to rent there. I appreciate the friendly & honest customer service.
