Great place to live and close to everything, and having Costco right next door is a plus. The entire office staff is so friendly and Jesse in maintenance is always quick to fix any open requests. I lived here for almost a year and have loved being here. The only downside to the units is that the floors seem not to have much sound insulation between them and you can always hear your upstairs neighbors, especially if they have pets running around, which at times can be quite loud. Aside from that, I would definitely recommending checking out this complex, if you're looking for an apartment here in Chandler!

When I moved in I was surprised that my unit came with a little wine fridge. Not mad at all about that haha. I love going to the second floor of the gym and using it for dance practice and relaxing in the hot tub and pool. Hearing sounds of the waterfalls from the pool area in my apartment during the day while I work is pretty peaceful, I must say. Solid place to live and I can walk to the movies and mall easily. Buying a TV is as simple as walking a giant box home from Costco since it's right behind the apartment area. Good spot. I dig it. Staff are chill. Jesse and Courtney always say a nice hello and offer a warm feeling when we pass by one another.
