This place and my living experience here was far above my expectation. I have spent 3 years with peace of my mind knowing Beth, Corrine, Michael & Colin are there for me every time I needed anything. The best management and neighborhood you will ever experience. Highly responsive team and most importantly they care even for your tiny needs too. The place is impeccable to live in well taken care with no worries at all. I can’t thank enough to the entire maintenance team and the landlord for all they have done for me even when I was gone overseas. I Highly recommend this place. Clean and well taken care apartments with security, CCTV’s running all the time, assigned parking, basement laundry and additional storage room! I ended choosing a different state to live in and that’s the only reason I had to leave this place. Thank you all again it was a wonderful experience and I will always miss you all!

Lived here for almost 5 years. Landlords were fantastic. Reasonable rent rates. It’s a family owned business. They were always very on top of any maintenance requests and very communicative whenever anything needed to be done. We will miss having them as landlords! Unfortunately, they do not have any two bedroom apartments. Highly recommend this place if looking for a one bedroom apartment!
