Highly Disappointed in Management: 1- the photos online were different than the actually unit. When questioned the management office said well we use stock photos. (See photos- the bathroom and kitchen look nothing alike) I use to work in property management so I understand using photos to get the job done however false advertising is a completely different thing. I was told during my tour not once but twice- I could move-in at the end of the month. Once I applied that change, and I was told it was preferred if I took possession on 1/15 (before the advertised date of 1/19). They said "we are responsible for snow removal but ask you to sign a lease that says "if you get hurt or injured they are not responsible, they charge tenants for the turn cost- if you move-out after your 1st year, you are charged 75% of that cost to repaint the apartment. The apartment I saw was very nice, and the property was very nice, however management needs to work on their communication. They also validated fair housing laws- I was over the phone that a nice old lady would be moving out of her unit to relocate closer to family (you are not suppose to say or disclose the demographics of your community).
