I’ve been a resident of Ridley Manor for about 3 years now. I had to move during the height of covid, while they were in the middle of renovations on vacant apartments. Janel was able to speed up the renovation on my current apartment to get me in on time, and everything has been wonderful since. The common spaces are kept clean and deep cleaned very frequently. All of the residents are super friendly and respectful. Anyone that has moved in who didn’t follow community rules was addressed immediately from what I can tell. Apartments are continuously updated, the building itself it frequently maintained and updated in terms of aesthetics, and multiple upgrades to the buildings’ infrastructure has been made over my time here. Beyond that it’s almost impossible to find anywhere else with as homey and comfortable interiors for the price anywhere in the area. While the building is old and comes with its unique quirks, they do an amazing job of keeping it feeling like new!

This place has such great character and personality. Everyone down to the management is so nice (it's like a community within a community)plus you have all the little stores in walking distance, it's the perfect location. We loved our apartment. Definitely a place to call home.
