I decided on this apartment complex based on the positive reviews, and I'm glad I did. I've only lived here 3 months so this is still my initial thoughts, but so far so good overall: - the apartment complex is kept very clean, and when I initially moved in my studio was also very clean. - the walls are well-insulated, so I rarely hear my neighbors. Very peaceful! - As others have said, I have also had a positive experience with the property management team. - I've only put in a maintenance request once, but I put it in one night and they were at my apartment ready to fix the problem by the following afternoon. The only downside is that the apartment complex has had to evacuate the building when the fire alarm has gone off 4 times in the 3 months I've been here, most of them being false alarms I'm pretty sure (no actual fire except an accidental one that was contained to a small area in February). One tenant told me that is very unusual for Cook St and the fire alarm usually goes off only a few times a year. So I'm hoping the frequency will die down. Not something the property team can really do anything about and evacuation is necessary, it's just something that's sucked.

I’ve been a resident for almost 2 years and I cannot say enough nice things about these apartments. The original staff was great with helping me setup my move from Texas, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about my decision to move here without seeing my apartment ahead of time. The new staff is just as lovely, they were very helpful with getting everything I needed set up to move into a different unit and are very prompt at answering questions and genuinely care about the residents. The maintenance crew is excellent at the work they do and respond to maintenance requests very fast! Love it. The building itself is lovely, great view from the rooftop and they recently renovated the gym downstairs to be larger. All public spaces are clean, and residents are respectful and friendly. Thanks for making this such a lovely community to be a part of! <3
