It's hard to pinpoint the best part of our tour of Modera Douglas Station. I have to start with Location Location Location. I specifically went for a tour of the facilities because of where it is located. Smack in the middle of work life, gym, family, and entertainment. Literally close to everything, the Shops at Merrick Park, Coconut Grove, Miracle Mile, and since Dixie highway is just steps away getting to Brickell, Downtown or even South Beach is just a hop on I95. Of course, Modera itself was stunning. Luxurious spacious apartments, ample parking spaces, modern and well-kept amenities, and common areas. I would have expected nothing else. What I wasn't expecting was to have such a fun, genuine experience with the leasing agent that helped us. Chris was so charming and professional. Took the time to explain every detail of the facilities and answered all of our questions. Several times during the tour, other tenants greeted him as if he were their friend. One could tell that Chris' passion for customer service was his strength. Looking forward to moving in!! Thank you Chris!

I told my clients lets go check out Modera in Coral Gables, I made the appointment for my clients and my clients were given the tour same day with Chris Alfonso.
