Apartments are in great shape and taken care of nicely. Property manager is on site and fixes issues when needed. I was quite happy. There is just one, obvious, upside which is also a downside: its close to the train tracks. The closeness of the Caltrain station is great to go to SF, but it also can be noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, like I am, it can be an issue if your apartment faces the train tracks (like mine did). Its going to get better apparently with the electrification of CalTrain in 2021 (or was it 2022?).
