My partner and I moved into Summit last weekend. We toured this location back in January and have had nothing but exceptional experiences with the office staff and managers. The office staff streamlined the application process, was quick with communication, and urgently addressed our question/concerns. Cleanliness is a top priority for this property and it shows. The curb appeal, outdoor upkeep, and continued cleaning efforts are seen on a daily basis. Right before moving in, we unfortunately did have a break-in in our underground storage unit. HOWEVER, after speaking with neighbors and other residents in this building, we were told that has never happened before. Clint and his maintenance team had the door repaired within the hour of the office being notified. Dalvin and his staff were more than gracious and accommodated us generously for what had occurred. This property is beyond secure in a multitude of aspects from gated parking, underground garaged parking, and multiple fob scanners. I would recommend Summit to anybody. As a new college graduate, this staff ensured a seamless transition from “college to adult life”. I am grateful to have found this place, and I am eager to call this place home for multiple lease terms. One last shout out to Dalvin and his staff, as well as Clint and his staff- amazing people that take care of their tenants.

I have visited this complex several times because I have friends who live there. I love the look of the apartments so much that I've decided to move there at some point. I've been working with Anita on touring and the application process. She has been so patient, kind and understanding with my millions of questions. The apts are absolutely beautiful and look to be well constructed. The premises are clean and everyone I interact with is wonderful. The area is ideal. You can walk to the River Market or downtown, to the Folly, or many restaurants. I am very excited about the prospect of living in Summit at Quality Hill apts!!🩵
