These apartments were always on top of every request I had. They always made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. I had a great experience for the year that I lived here. Kyara and Alexandria were my go to girls and always handled every request so efficient and made everything so easy for me. They always went above and beyond for me and always had a positive attitude. I love that the apartment is by an Ulta, the Galleria and major restaurants. The location is great. Cool amenities. Nice pools. The onboarding/ move-in process with Kyara was amazing. She's there whenever I have any questions or concerns and is always very kind, professional and willing to help! The maintenance team is also fast and kind. I feel safe here and I am very pleased with my experience so far.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and the only reason I’m moving is to relocate closer to work. I’ve loved living here! Floor plans are accommodating to any person or small family, amazing amenities with multiple media rooms to relax in, pretty view, lots of sunlight, 2 NICE pools, covered parking garage, coffee machine, AFFORDABLE. I live in one of the smallest units and you can see how roomy it is...and those windows! Sigh.
I’ve had a GREAT experience with the office staff, even when I was between jobs and late on rent. I’ll honestly miss them when we move! (Thank you, Jaime and Elizabeth!)
The only cons are honestly at the hand of other residents. It’s a BIG complex with such a mixed crowd. The trash chute, stairs in the parking garage, and pet urine are genuinely the only negatives and I have to say - shame on other tenants for this. I can’t imagine any property could manage to constantly clean up after people who can’t simply follow instructions for the trash chute and pet potty area. It can be annoying every now and then but didn’t effect my overall experience.
Oh! Would love the media rooms to be available earlier/later (one is only open during office hours and the other is open until 10).

I’ve been here over a year and just renewed my lease. Compared to all the apartments near the Galleria this is the best complex especially for a two bedroom. They recently updated the common areas which is great. From the dog park to the fitness center all the amenities are A1. I love the fact that I’m close to the Galleria, but not close enough to sit in traffic all day! The staff here is awesome, all you have to do is be nice/patient and they will take care of everything you need! Shout out to the Leasing Team you guys are the best!!!
