Save your money and your energy. Do not rent here. Forget the astronomical rent costs (this management company is one of many companies contributing to the rising rent costs in pdx!), or the lack of parking, or the constant noise due to the homeless population or the consistent bar-goers on Mississippi ave. Constant “inspections” by management- on average once every 1.5mo, and garbage pickup (if you live on the alley way) is 4-5 days/nights a week, between the hours of 1a-8a. Management conveniently omits this during tours and questions about the space. Forget sleeping! The square footage to cost ratio is ridiculous, the tenants are disgusting, irresponsible and inconsiderate, and management does not screen tenants for lifestyle habits, despite being a ‘quiet community’ per lease agreements. Oh! And if you are just 1 day late on your rent, expect eviction notices within 72hrs. No understanding or consideration for everyday, real life issues. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!! I’ve lived in and all over PDX for over 18yrs and this is hands down THE WORST PROPERTY EVER.
