The Oliver is a great quiet place to live. On-site manager Ms. Carol is great about not only keeping the inside and outside clean and safe she actually cares about her tenants and any needs you have. We could not ask for a better person to have! There’s a door code that changes regularly, quiet and friendly neighbors and cheap rent 10/10

Despite the area not being the best, I've had almost no complaints the past 6 months I've been here. Upper management can be a wee bit frustrating at times, but the actual on-site manager, Carol, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She's very kind & approachable, listens to the tenants, and goes out of her way to make sure needs are being reasonably met. Rent is very affordable, the location is within walking distance to several restaurants, and I have had everything I need to live comfortably here so far. For the cost of rent here, I really don't have much to complain about. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone else side-eyeing the crazy high rent rates everywhere else.
