Our pet policy has certain restrictions on breeds. All pets must have management approval prior to occupancy. Pets must be a minimum of 6 months old. A $400 pet deposit is required of which $200 will be non-refundable. No more than two pets are allowed per apartment. An additional $400 deposit will be required on a second pet. $20 additional rent will be added per pet per month for pet owners. Please call our leasing office for more details.
