The Echelon is a top-notch apartment complex! Its great location, only a 15-minute walk from the University of Dayton's Science Center. Amanda, the manager, is amazing. She is helpful and quick to respond, making moving in easy. The maintenance team is fast and effective. The Echelon's interiors are great, with high-quality appliances and plenty of storage. I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a fantastic place to live in Dayton.

I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience as a new tenant at The Echelon Apartments in Dayton. From the moment I first reached out to Amanda, the incredible manager, I knew I had found a home that perfectly suited my needs and aspirations. As a medical student about to embark on rotations at Grandview Hospital-Kettering Health Hospital, finding a convenient and comfortable living space was of paramount importance. Amanda's unparalleled dedication and assistance made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Despite my demanding schedule of board exams and studies, Amanda's unwavering commitment to helping me find the right apartment was truly remarkable. Even though I couldn't physically visit the apartment due to my commitments, Amanda's attentiveness ensured I never felt left out. She provided me with a constant stream of pictures and videos, allowing me to take a virtual tour that left me thoroughly impressed. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. Nestled in a serene and tranquil residential area, the apartment complex boasts an inviting atmosphere that has quickly become my haven of tranquility. The warm and friendly neighbors have welcomed me with open arms, creating a true sense of community that I greatly appreciate. One of the highlights of this apartment complex is the ample parking space available. It's such a relief to come home after a long day and never worry about finding a place to park. The recently renovated apartments are a sight to behold – modern, sleek, and simply stunning. However, it's worth noting that the apartments are not furnished, which allowed me to personalize my space to my heart's content. While I am thoroughly delighted with my new home, a few minor inconveniences are worth mentioning. The absence of a dishwasher is a small drawback, especially for a busy medical student like myself. Also, having the washing machine unit located outside the apartment and requiring quarters for laundry was an adjustment, but it's a manageable inconvenience. Another consideration is that residents are responsible for their own utilities, which is something to keep in mind when budgeting. However, these minor inconveniences are far outweighed by the numerous advantages and comforts this apartment complex provides. Lastly, I cannot emphasize enough how incredible Amanda has been throughout this journey. Not only did she facilitate my virtual tour, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. When my car unexpectedly needed a jump start, Amanda was there to save the day, showcasing her genuine care and dedication to her tenants. In conclusion, I am beyond thrilled to call this apartment complex my home. Amanda's exceptional service, the welcoming community, and the remarkable location near Grandview Hospital have exceeded my expectations. If you're a medical student or anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient living space in Dayton, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex. It's an investment in quality living, backed by a dedicated manager who truly understands the needs of her tenants.
