Holly and Tim are fantastic! I put a work order in for my A/C and Tim came out the same day to fix it. The next day it went out and he replaced it immediately! Holly is very informative and quick with responses! Working in the real estate field and I could say I’m very impressed with living here.

Never smell marijuana in my building or out walking with my child or going to the Rec for pool or workout Seems it once was an issue because it has become legal But the manager is a no tolerance person who handles things effectively and immediately! I love my neighbors are all polite and stay to themselves respecting others privacy! Best place to live I’ve been in decades!
