Centerville as a southern suburbs of Dayton is a highly desired area to live. Our location is walking distance to the local elementary school as well as to the high school. Additionally, the current Uptown project will be just a block or two away where you can walk to have a nice dinner and a drink and enjoy some shopping and entertainment as well but return to your home that does not feel right in the center of any construction or hustle and bustle. You will enjoy the best of both worlds. oYou'll love coming home to your one or two bedroom apartment home! You'll enjoy the option of a newly renovated unit, a kitchen equipped with refrigerator and stove and many with over the range microwave and dishwasher. You will enjoy walk-in closets, extra storage (upon availability) and a balcony or patio. We have an on-site laundry facility for our tenants convenience and several units that have a washer dryer hook up and if you want us to provide the washer and dryer in addition, we will be happy to accommodate. Just ask! We have a management team that will be available to you daily. We also provide 24 hour emergency maintenance as well as our own maintenance staff . Our community offers easy access to I-675, I-75, the Dayton Mall and downtown Dayton and is just a few exits from The Greene, The Mall at Fairfield Commons, Wright Patterson Air Force Base and Wright State University and more.
