This older building looks so nice with it's new paint! The units are large and the new flooring is beautiful. This is right at the foot of Mt. Tabor park and close to everything in SE.

I lived here a year and they stole my entire deposit over “past due utility payments” even though I was being charged $1300 every month for a studio when rent was listed at $1130. I didn’t have cold water so my shower was scalding hot, and the manager never gave me mail or laundry keys. Only good thing I’ll say about the place is the free first come first serve parking lot (which I’m sure they will start charging for soon) and sweet neighbors.
