I have lived in my historic and unique unit here for almost four years. There have been significant upgrades to the property during the last year for security and amenities. Erin Fern, our office manager, is responsive, experienced, and fosters community building events for the residents. I would not want to live anywhere else!

I came in last week and had a great experience. Erin F helped us and was extremely patient and thorough. She answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured. We're very excited to move to this super cute and quaint neighborhood in downtown KC!!
