I have lived in Mission Hills Apartments for 8 months, 1st time renter here. When I say the Property Management staff here is beyond excellent, I mean that in every possible way! Brandy, Justin and Zakk are 3 of the most kind, helpful and caring people I've met. Very accommodating, and understanding as well. Any issues reported, everything is taken care of in a timely manner and without hassle. Very quiet neighborhood as well! The maintenance staff here is wonderful as well! Very efficient! Great apartments to have chosen for a 1st time renter, and will continue to rent because it feels like HOME! Way to go Mission Hills!

I love Mission Hills. I come to the office every day and zakk gives my dog treats. So does trey. The staff is wonderful. Brandy helps me with questions too. Maintenance is great. I highly recommend.

Moved in at the end of June and so far, GREAT! Firstly, when applying and setting up a tour, I talked with Brandy and how friendly and welcoming she was and it gave me a really good feeling about the community. Sean gave me my tour and did a fantastic job. Very kind and helpful even when I had 100 questions through email. A man in maintenance (unsure of the name I apologize as I’ve not needed to create a ticket yet) is always running around and doing everything he can to make sure everyone is taken care of. Always chatting with the residents and making sure they’re heard. When I do need to create a ticket, I know I won’t get the regular “landlord treatment” one could expect. The community is full of families with young kids and they’re always running around and riding their bikes. Having two young children this was something I really appreciated about this place. They’re able to go into the courtyard and go play and we don’t have to watch them like hawks. We also live on the outskirts facing the Speedway and we have large lawn outside our balcony that the kids go and play in. This’ll be super fun when the leaves fall and when the snow comes! We have a balcony unit and still manage to have a “yard”. The units are surprisingly “sound proof”. My husband and I can’t hear each other from one room over. Nevertheless the units around us. The most noise is the creaky floors that the hallways and closets might have but when you live in an apartment with neighbors that’s the best you can hope for! Our neighbors themselves have been wonderful and have had no issues. Even made some friends with our upstairs neighbors (we even test how loud things are between our units and man, you’ll appreciate how much you DON’T hear). This really helps make it feel like home and you’re secluded. All in all, we LOVE it here. Our kids love it here. The pool is always kept clean and maintained. Complex even bought all new furniture for the outside area this summer and it looks great. You can tell that the grounds are taken care of and there’s always something they’re improving upon. They just went around and replaced whatever cracked sidewalks there were with fresh concrete, they’re replacing shingles on the building next to us, always improving upon the amenities and keeping the place looking great. It gives us a good feeling that when there’s something broken, or needing an update or repairs, Mission Hills is on top of it. Not to mention that you generally have freedom to make it your own. So many patios and balconies feature beautiful furniture and flowers and stuff for grilling. Things you would think you have to skimp on when living in an apartment but not here! It’s so fun to see how every balcony and patio has a different personality. The only issue is that this community only offers up to 2 bedroom. We will have to leave once we need more space but until then, I very much would like to stay put.
