I have been a resident of Northgate Apartments for almost 6 years. My experience living here has been extremely pleasant. These apartments are perfectly located just off of Connecticut and Georgia Avenues, where you will find a variety of stores, the post office, food markets, restaurants, public transportation, and much more. The apartments are all updated with the latest appliances and are all kept up very well by this friendly community. There is also parking available feet from your door. My apartment is one that overlooks the pools (toddler and deep) and beautiful trees, which makes having coffee on the balcony one of my most favorite times of the day. If you so desire, you may utilize one of the three Bar-B-Que grills that are located between the pool and the field. The staff in the leasing office are friendly and attentive to the residents. Se habla español y portugués. It has been wonderful to see the staff organizing community events which has to be one thing that truly sets Northgate Apartments apart from the rest. There is a real sense of community here. I am very happy to call this place home! - Jess -
