I’ve only been at IO for 2 weeks but couldn’t be happier! After 7 years in DC I finally decided to “venture out” and thanks to word of mouth I found IO. I was planning to move to Old Town, but after touring IO and the neighborhood, I knew I was home! My fur babies love it as it is conveniently located across the street from the best dog park in NOVA (Shirlington Dog Park) and the entire Village is a breath of fresh air. My main shout out is to Dejah at IO- her true kindness and willingness to help during my last minute scheduled tour and effort to find a place in a hurry made my move seamless. Can’t thank her enough.

Absolutely love living here. Dejah in the leasing office has been super helpful throughout the process of finding my perfect apartment and making sure I am adjusted. The building is pretty quiet and I feel safe living here. Finding this apartment was truly a relief. Highly recommend.
