I've lived here for a few years now, the prices are competitive compared to other apartments in the area. When I moved up to Arlington, they made my move in experience seamless. Ava Ballston has a nice pool, a great newly renovated gym, and some great people here. I especially want to talk about the maintenance and management staff. Both Adrian and Jermaine in maintenance are great. Whenever a problem happens Adrian has been here within an hour or two to assess what happened and Jermaine was great with keeping me informed when an issue couldn't be fixed that day. Mercy, the sales and service supervisor even called me after an issue was fixed to make sure everything worked correctly. They really make the living experience here better. Y'all are great, I appreciate all of you!

The level of service, professionalism and customer experience that the AVA Ballston maintenance staff brings is second to none. Huge shout out to Adrian Salguero and Hosia for always doing a stellar job!!
