Living as Ascent 430 has been great! We booked our apartment over the phone prior to ever seeing it because we needed somewhere to go and was living too far away to make the drive/flight down to visit since I was nearing the end of my pregnancy. Cara made the process so unbelievably simple. She was easy to work work, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. She didn’t feel like your typical sales person. She was very accommodating to when we needed to move in and worked with maintenance to have the apartment ready for us sooner than posted. The location really cannot be beaten. It’s in a top tier school district sandwiched between two major highways with access to great local shops including a Giant Eagle Market District. Access to downtown is just a short ride away without feeling the city congestion. There are also some really great parks nearby and well as some fun family attractions. The service and amenities have also been wonderful. Nicolette, the property manager, is always just a phone call away or a short step into the office. She and Cara make up the dynamic duo faces of Ascent. It is an open door policy so you can approach Nicolette directly should you have any concerns. The maintenance team is also visible throughout the community. Their team leader, Matt, is also incredible. You can stop any of them at any time and rest assured knowing that you will be taken care of. My concerns have always been handled promptly and efficiently. They even go out of their way to hold monthly resident events that are free of charge for everyone to attend which really fosters a great sense of community. The grounds are beautiful. The property sits high up on a hill making it feel secluded and exclusive. The spring and summer flowers are gorgeous. Snow removal is always prompt. The pool is clean and heated. You can often see children running around playing or families taking walks or people walking their dogs. The car wash station is a nice treat, especially for a mom of young kids like myself who frequently needs to vacuum my car. Whether you are a family of 4, a single bachelor, or a young college kid, there is something for you here at Ascent 430!

This place must be a 5 star community for sure. All I have to say are positive things about this place! It's a great property and the staff has been very helpful. Anytime I visit the front office, I'm welcomed with a positive attitude and friendly vibes. Cara is exceptional; she’s assisted me many times with random questions and even directed me to an awesome furniture store nearby. Nicolette is nice too, only met her for like 15 minutes. Their level of professionalism and the care they demonstrated was impressive - and it made me feel very welcomed. Repairs/requests have ALWAYS been addressed promptly - most within 24 hours of my e-mail. I've never experienced that level of quality service, anywhere. My 2 bedroom apartment is clean, efficient and has a great kitchen. I love the layout. The pool and club house areas are awesome. They always have something fun going on at the community; looking forward to wine down Wednesday… cheers!!
