Leaf Hollow Apartments & Townhomes is located in the quiet neighborhood of Central Spring Branch of Houston. People love Spring Branch for its the rich history, great schools, proximity to work and shopping. This small luxury apartment community features beautiful landscape with flowers, big mature oak trees, a swimming pool, a dog park with washing station & gazebo, a city mini park with playground, and on-site laundry facility. Spring Branch District installed HD security cameras in the property and S.E.A.L. Security patrols the neighborhood. The apartment complex installed CCTV cameras in the property and also hires its own security company to patrol the community. We offers multiple floor plan choices of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments & Townhomes. The interior of the apartments have been completely renovated. All units have tile or laminate wood floors and granite countertops. Recent upgrades include Stainless Appliance and LED Recessed Lighting.

I have lived in Leaf Hollow Apartments for 5 years now and let me say it has been a wonderful and peaceful 5years!!!! I am so grateful to Ms.Komal for helping me find a great home for my kids and I. I can’t express how grateful I am for finding such a contable peaceful and great community to live in. Office manager Komal is a very great person that takes her time to listen to every single concern that you have and helps the best way she can. She seriously takes her time to listen and help As much as possible she goes beyond to make her residents happy. Komal is a person that cares a lot for her residents and wants the best for them. I am really blessed to have found such a wonderful community and for having Komal as our apartment manager. Thank you Ms. Komal for everything you have done to help our family!

I love these apartments so quiet and chill. Ximena was amazing she went above and beyond to help my kids and I move it fast and comfortably. She real quick when I need something to be done. I highly recommend these apartments they are reasonable as well.
