I lived here for about 5 years and always felt welcome by the building manager, Von. He was always polite and helpful when things would get a little crazy. For example, I lost a job and needed an extra week to scrape together the rent; he was able to work with me. Regarding the space, there were a few things that came up during our 5-year stay. The major thing that happened was an issue came up with the AC unit that caused some ceiling damage and leakage in the master bath and kitchen ceilings (we were on the top floor). That look a while to get completely fixed and the constant in and out of our apartment from the maintenance guys over the month was a bit troublesome. Factor that in with those coming in to repair the ceiling and it was a rough couple of months. Other than that, I loved this place and would have stayed longer if COVID had not forced me to move out of state!
