I just wanna say that the office ladies are so HELPFUL!! We needed so much help figuring out the application process and a few more bumps that came a long and they were the most WONDERFULLY PATIENT and KIND! I definitely recommend this place to everyone. They so nice and most importantly, they were so KNOWLEDGABLE and so very willing to help with everything we needed. Thank you to Mercedes and the most wonderful staff we had help us.

I haven't even moved in yet and I already love the office staff Mercedes is the best she explained everything to me in great detail and was extremely helpful with any problems that I had with the application process., Mercedes was not there Shannon was just as helpful. Shannon even gave me a folder and calmed me down and helped me to feel better because I had papers everywhere and it was a nervous wreck when I went in there because I have been trying to get into these apartments for years this was my third time applying over the last 10 years I guess three a charm . This is a great area that's close to my mom and my doctor's office is right across the street, and when I seen the apartment for the first time I fell in love I knew that's where I wanted to live. It has everything you want in a place to call home. The grounds , the amenities , and the beautiful, spacious apartments with great prices TEMPE VISTA is the best bang for your buck if your looking for a great place to call home plus the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff Mercedes and Shannon are the icing on the cake thank you guys for being so helpful and making me feel welcome and at home . I can't wait to move there in a few weeks. 😊🤩
