Welcome to luxury living at The Bluffs at Highlands Ranch. Nestled in the master-planned community of Highlands Ranch, you'll find contemporary Colorado apartments that offer spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments. The Bluffs at Highlands Ranch features one car garages, remodeled interiors, stainless steel appliances and full size washers and dryers. A resort-style pool with a spa, sundeck, and cozy lounges is the first highlight that catches the eye. Jogging trails surround our community, along with a bevy of amenities dedicated to sports lovers. As for indoor relaxation, you can make your way to the charming clubhouse with a snug fireplace and flat-screen TV, or the soothing sauna we have right on site.

We have lived in our unit for about three months and we've experienced more repair issues than I thought possible. The day we moved in the apartment was filthy, had a broken front door lock, cracked bathroom tiles, and a non-functioning washing machine and AC. And since then we've had countless issues that are poorly resolved or ignored all together by Bluffs' staff. Maintenance requests go weeks without resolution, and even then it requires constant follow up on our part. Most amenities are unavailable to tenants: the hot tub has been "in repair" the entire time we've lived here, the basketball hoop is broken and missing a backboard and much of the gym equipment is non-functioning. Anastasia works out of the office and appears to be the only person motivated to assist tenants, so props to her. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff appear unconcerned with providing even the smallest effort. UPDATE 5/29/2024 Our experience at the Bluffs has completely turned around! New management & maintenance staff have made a world of difference: Shaqim Walker, in the leasing office, is wonderful - always kind and friendly - and the maintenance team responds to repair requests in a timely and competent manner. We were happy to renew our lease this last month. A sincere thank you for turning our experience around!
