My garage won't open so i called maintenance to informed them of the issue and it was Sunday. I never expected that someone will answer the phone at once. It was Ms. Tammy Vargas. I was impressed with her fast and reliable action and my garage has been fixed in no time. Her quick decision making is remarkable and I appreciate her professionalism as well. Being able to accommodate my needs is such a relief as you can rely and depend on them.Thank you Tammy and I truly appreciate you.. Keep up the good work.

Save yourself a headache and stress. We signed a lease with a move in date of 5/27. Received a call a week prior, stating that our unit will not be ready due to major repairs that need to be done. They didn’t offer any accommodations or gave us any reassurance that the matter will be handled but no. Gave us no choice but to find another place to live, if not, we would be on the streets till the end of June. Went to the leasing office the next day, leasing personnel lost out deposit check. In retrospect, based on the leasing terms, the property does minimal maintenance, it’s all on the tenant to repair.
