[DISCLAIMER: Toured only! But talked to residents] Beautiful apartment; excellent location; adorable, walkable neighborhood; clean; apparently rare that people move out -- with good reason! And yep, the rooftop deck is INSANE. We did a walk-in tour one morning after grabbing coffee at my favorite nearby spot, Dialog Cafe. I'm moving to LA and wasn't necessarily considering WeHo (I wanted to be near the beach) -- but the neighborhood was so lovely and the apartments looked so nice, I had to stop in. Very glad I did! The manager was SO friendly and professional. She was just getting in but didn't hesitate to show us a great unit for a stellar price. She said that many residents are "lifers" and don't move out, so it was rare to find units available. I believe she said it was kind of rent controlled, and there was a wait list (this is a couple months ago, though). Two units are available now -- I'd try to grab one if I didn't have to wait a bit longer to move! Bonus: I ran into someone from my current city (Seattle) on the street who had just moved there, and she confirmed it's a top-tier place to live. Everyone in the neighborhood was super friendly (no "Seattle freeze" here, ha)!
