My wife and I were guests the first time we came here(w/c was two months ago) since we have friends living in this apartment. We were scouting a potential workplace at that time. Our first impression of Portico Kirby is that it's really secure since the parkway is gated, it's quiet despite being situated in a city, and it's close to the workplace where my wife was considering applying at that time. Two weeks ago she got hired and the first place we considered renting was Portico Kirby. Frank has been a great help to us when we were looking for a place to stay here. He's very amicable, he knows what he's doing and is very accomodating to us. We would greatly recommend Frank if you need inquiries regarding this place. All in all, this place(it's ammenities and it's personnel) is a package you will gladly have when you're looking for a place to stay in this city.
