Ana Nieves has been very helpful with our tour of the place. She has been insightful and patient with our many questions. The maintenance team have all been great. During move-in day I spent a full 2 hours looking every little nook to ensure all maintenance actionable items can be fixed. For instance, slow or stiff blinds or screws missing on a shelf to a broken drawer in the kitchen island. The maintenance team came out the next day and fixed or replaced everything. We made three separate requests and all have been addressed in a very timely fashion and with professionalism. They enter your space with plastic booties which I appreciate to prevent uncleanliness into your apartment. The corner units don't seem to have a noise issue that a few other reviews have complained about. The community is nice and familial which we appreciate. It is located to great food locations and food stores. It is honestly a great spot for starting a family. Speaking of starting a family, we will be expecting our family to grow here at The Grove and honestly have appreciated being here so far.
