My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new home at Avalon Station in Somerville. I looked at other local apartments, but never felt more welcome than here at Avalon. The transition from a large home was smooth, thanks to the assistance and support of Nancy, Brittney and Tabatha. They are always, kind, courteous, patient, caring and professional. They have shown special concern and consideration toward my husband who is physically disabled. We find that the building is clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff is friendly, efficient and responsive. Eddie has been very helpful and informative. We look forward to pleasant years ahead and send our thanks to a great staff.

We have lived at the Avalon for over 2 years. The location to downtown is unbeatable and amenities (the fantastic pool) made it hard to leave, so we aren’t lol! Recently Nancy has helped us find an apartment with more space to accommodate our little guy. She explained the process of the transition so clearly we knew we made the right decision. Nancy and Brittney are the absolute best, they take time to listen and actively answer any questions we have. They always have a smile and are a true assets to the Avalon community!

I am happy to be back in this community in 2024 after living here briefly during the construction in 2022. The south building is beautiful, and the amenities like the gym, pool, and lounge look like those shown in a luxury lifestyle magazine. All my family and friends who have visited are amazed by how beautiful this property is. Avalon has done a great job with this community; having a pool here was a nice surprise. I never would have thought back in 2022 that we'd have a pool, but seeing how beautiful it turned out, I'm impressed. The self-tour was great, and I loved taking my time to explore the property. I have to give a huge shoutout to Brittney Ramsey; her warm welcome, detailed knowledge about the community, and her sense of humor made the tour and move-in process both enjoyable and effortless. It was truly a pleasure speaking with Brittney throughout this entire process. I also had a quick chat with Nancy during my tour; she was also super friendly and professional, and she answered all my questions with a smile. The positive vibe here made me feel so good to be back, and while I was in the lounge, Brittney was chatting with two other tenants. She was so kind to them, and they all laughed and enjoyed the conversation. Witnessing this interaction was a clear sign that I had made the right decision to move back here, and I'm so happy to live here again.
