Just moved into SOMA about a week ago. The Community Manager/Leasing agent went above and beyond to assist with the move-in process and has been a helpful resource throughout. The building is beautiful and in a "COVID World" it is comforting that it always looks and smells clean in all common areas. We had one issue with the light fixture in the apartment and it was fixed by the maintenance staff within 24 hours.

I just moved into SOMA about a week ago and I love it here! Everything is brand new and very well done. The apartment is very spacious and is equipped with a washer & dryer in the unit! A guaranteed parking space and a fitness center are also some of the many perks offered. The move in process was smooth and the staff was very accommodating. Also, the apartment is an easy 5 minute walk to Somerville's main street, which allows for plenty of options for dinner and other entertainment. Extremely happy with my decision!
