My boyfriend and I toured P&G in January. We're so impressed with the upkeep of the building, friendly staff, and of course those views – wow. Following a great tour experience with Maddy, we subsequently applied within 24 hours. Out of many other luxury apartment viewings throughout Hoboken, we could tell, right off the bat, Park & Garden was the best pick. Since signing, that staff has been incredibly helpful and prompt in accommodating all of our requests. The most seamless move-in process I've ever experienced! We can't wait to join the P&G community – feeling at-home already.

The team at Park and Garden have been nothing short of excellent! The staff are friendly, helpful, courteous, and engaging. Helen and Caroline were both extremely professional through the leasing process. So far, our experience has been positive and would recommend to anyone looking for their next rental.
