I stayed at the presidential for a few years in or around 2014 thru 2017 and loved it enough to come back again in 2019. Kitchen, newly renovated, cabinets, counter, tile floor and appliances. Newly redone tub,shower surround and vanity in bathroom. New ac in living room which is very efficient. Large bedroom with double closet as well as big closet in hallway offers plenty of closet room. Quiet. Great neighbors. As far as management is concerned they are all very nice. I've never had any problems with anything here. Any questions I may have had were answered in a timely manner. Maintenance is great. The "few" times I needed in 5/6 years they were rite there. I've recommended presidential to friends who have moved in and are also very pleased. I can go on and on but the bottom line for me is that it's a great complex and worth every penny.
