We are very extremely happy at Kingswick Apartments. We moved here in 1986 when we first got married and then we moved back here in 2021 when we sold our house. This was our first choice with respect to an apartment complex. The management makes a concerted effort to make sure this complex is well maintained and the residents are happy living here. The maintenance staff always arrives within a few hours of notification of a request and they do a wonderful job! Our neighbors are all great people! We highly recommend Kingswick Apartments to anyone who is looking for a stellar apartment home complex!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting and touring Kingswick apartments, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I entered the leasing office, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who were eager to assist me. During the apartment walkthrough I loved the well designed layout and the spaciousness of the unit. The buildings are well-maintained and Kingswick is conveniently located close to Rowan and Rutgers University, Philadelphia, restaurants, and shops. I would like to commend Joan and Kathy for their exceptional customer service. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I was provided with all the information and details of the leasing process. Thank You! ~Nancy
